Womens AW17 Catwalk Round Up
As fashion month draws to a close in Europe, we reflect on our favourite topline highlights as seen across the key cities from theme, colour and print.
With the return to femininity, we see menswear influences re-imagined into modern silhouettes. Traditional tailoring takes on a layered form, mixing structured tailored pieces with relaxed, softer elements. Playful layering lengths and sharp shoulders adds a dimension of edge and attitude.

Move over pink, red is paving the way as the new colour for the season. Tones of scarlet, vermillion and poppy red were seen in top to toe looks across the catwalks. Silhouettes varied from structured, tailored looks to soft and fluid feminine dresses.

Floral Mash Up
Lending itself to the eclectic theme making a statement on the catwalks, print took a turn towards mixed multi florals, whether it was mixed prints on one garment or layered separates. An eclectic mash up of colour, scale and varied florals created a fresh, modern patchwork effect.
